Centre d'exposition d'Amos

Présentation

Le Centre d’exposition d’Amos is chiefly committed to the dissemination of visual arts with a definite emphasis on contemporary art. With three exhibition halls, it offers more than fifteen temporary exhibitions per year. It is a place of culture where the works by artists of Abitibi-Témiscamingue and of other regions of Quebec are particularly brought into focus. Occasionally, the Centre welcomes exhibitions dealing with scientific and historic themes. The gift shop on the premises abounds in original artwork and crafts by artists and artisans of the region. Member of the Réseau muséal de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue: reseaumuseal-at.ca.
