Clerval

Présentation

Picturesque village located near Lake Abitibi, Clerval was founded in 1927 and has a population of 390 welcoming Clervalois and Clervaloises. The village will surprise many with its attractions, such as its water-related activities. Part of the village, Nepawa Island boasts of the only covered bridge of the province to link an island to mainland. The island, which enjoys a mild microclimate, was developed by newcomers from the Magdalen Islands in the 1930s.
