La Fraisonnée

Présentation

Recognized for the outstanding quality of its products, La Fraisonnée offers a variety of jams and syrups made with the artisan's touch, without added pectine and prepared with minimum cooking. The products are made from fresh fruits, Témiscamingue blueberries and maple syrup from the region. Stawberry picking is possible in August ans September.

Guided tours : $2 per person

Schedule :

Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Guided tours of the transformation of small fruit, daily, by reservation.
