Musée de la poste et Boutique de forge / Parc Héritage
Présentation
Travel back in time to the mid 1920s with a visit of the Musée de la poste (museum) and the Boutique de forge (smithy). Here you will become acquainted with the importance of the jobs of postmaster and blacksmith in the development of the parish. Those more inquisitive will enjoy the discovery of the traditional blacksmith techniques and the collection of artefacts and antique tools. End your tour with a stroll in the parc Héritage and the interpretive site of the Peter-Brown River will reveal the history of the first covered bridge in Abitibi.
