Presentation

The regional museum presents an exhibit on the geology of Abitibi-Témiscamingue and mineralogy from all over the world. Many interactive games and many other elements such as Du roc au métal, fairy stones, a real lunar stone, the oldest rock in the world and spectacular gold samples complete this show for the whole family. In addition, the museum presents other exhibitions on Abitibi-Témiscamingue’s natural resources in its new exhibition hall.

Guided tours: June 18 thru September 5, daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
September 6 thru June 17, Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Week-end upon reservation.
