Tour de l'Abitibi, Tour de la relève Desjardins

Présentation

An international road cycling competition and the only junior-level race in North America sponsored by the Union Cycliste Internationale. The Tour de l’Abitibi is a world-renown event. Cyclists from 40 countries around the globe have participated in the previous 43 editions. The pack of 160 riders makes it a very unique and impressive sport event to watch. In the downtown area of Rouyn-Noranda, the site specially prepared for the occasion is ideal to fully experience this action and emotion packed activity. That is where the stage and the finish line are set up. The Tour de la relève Desjardins welcomes younger Quebec male and female cyclists (aged 6 to 16), and is the fifth and final step of the Coupe du Québec Apogée.
