Centre d'exposition d'Amos
This exhibition center is dedicated chiefly to the presentation of visual arts, but more particularly to contemporary art. The center divides into three halls where a dozen temporary exhibitions are displayed per year in addition to occasional exhibitions of scientific and historical nature. The center has a boutique that abounds in original artworks and items handmade by local artists and artisans.

Historique
Founded in 1968, the Centre d'exposition d'Amos is a museal institution acknowledged by the Quebec government. Now administered by the municipal authorities, its mission is supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. Besides being a space to promote visual arts, it provides a teaching and entertainment service where several activities are developed in connection with its exhibitions. The Centre d'exposition d'Amos is located inside the building of the Maison de la culture d’Amos and shares spaces with the municipal library and archives center.

| Opening hours: | Open year-round, Tuesday and Wednesday 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. till noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed during exhibition set-up periods and on certain statutory holidays.
