Dupuy was founded in 1918; it is situated 14 km north of the town of La Sarre. It is with pride that the village obtained three florets from Fleurons du Québec in recognition of its horticultural beautification efforts. Let the scenery of Dupuy take your breath away. Two parks are situated opposite each other, on either side of Hwy 111, in the heart of the village: Parc de la Maison de la culture, developed in 1993, includes a small trail that leads to a monument displaying the crest of arms of Dupuy and to interpretive panels telling the story of the village; Parc du Centenaire invites you to relax in its gazebo, enjoy a snack in its picnic area and take great pictures of the waterfall and flowerbeds. Sports enthusiasts enjoy the outdoor activity areas, which are available at all hours. A 1.2-km hiking and cycling trail runs across the village, skirts along the forest and leads to a RV parking area.
