Visit a farm

Miellerie de la Grande Ourse

Looking for an unforgettable experience? Visit our honey farm. Seated in a screened trailer, you will be taken to the hives. The beekeeper will tell you about the world of bees. The most courageous can rent a protective suit and handle the hives under the supervision of the beekeeper. Learn about being a beekeeper on the information signs and during your visit of the facilities. Observe bees behind a glass panel. End your visit at the shop, where you can taste and buy a wide range of delicious honey products.

Sector: Amos-Harricana

Founded in 2005, Miellerie de la Grande Ourse started as an organic honey company. Today it has 400 hives, transforms honey into a variety of products, and harvests field-grown and greenhouse fruits and vegetables.
