Miellerie de la Grande Ourse
Looking for an unforgettable experience? Visit our honey farm. Seated in a screened trailer, you will be taken to the hives. The beekeeper will tell you about the fascinating world of bees. The most courageous can rent a protective suit and handle the hives under the supervision of the beekeeper. Learn about being a beekeeper on the information signs and during your visit of the facilities. Our beehive behind a glass panel will allow you to observe bees at work. End your visit at the shop, where you can taste and buy a wide range of delicious honey products. The production of artisanal alcoholic products was added in 2021, you can taste them on site and buy our meads and spirits
Boréalait
Located on Road 109, on the way out of Saint-Félixde-Dalquier, Boréalait processes the milk of Ferme Larard. In addition to fresh milk in glass bottles, curd and block cheese, and farm yoghurt, our shop offers a wide range of regional products such as honey, jam, spices, oil and craft items. The staff is always pleased to welcome visitors. Let us share our passion to you!
La Vache à Maillotte
La vache à Maillotte – Fromagerie nordique is a choice destination for all gourmets. It is known for its fabulous fresh Cheddar-type curds, blocks and tortillons (salty twists cheese). Treat yourself with fine cheeses for which this dairy factory has won many awards, such as Allegretto (a Parmesan-type cheese made of sheep milk) or Fredondaine (often compared to Oka cheese). Also available: snack bar service, craft bakery items and regional food products.
Les Pâtissières de Ruelle
Fancy bakery that offers all sorts of small treats. Cupcakes, brownies, chocolate eclairs, macarons, puffs, baklavas, pies, and many other things. We also design classic or custom birthday cakes. A variety of beverages are also available for takeout!
Microbrasserie Le Prospecteur
Craft beers entirely brewed on the premises. Le Prospector serves gourmet pub meals prepared with local food products. While sipping a cool beer, admire the painting adorning the exterior wall of our building: “Les hommes et la mine” was created by well-known mural artist Omen. A shop also offers take-out beers and merch.

Choco-Mango
Choco-Mango proposes a fine selection of products: homemade chocolate, cakes and ice cream. It is also a pleasant bistro where you can sip a great cup of coffee and satisfy your sweet tooth. Wine lovers feel spoiled with our chocolate/wine pairings, which are to die for. On hot and sunny summer days, why not try any of our famous ice cream flavors?

L’Éden Rouge
The farm tour takes about an hour. It includes a short educative video. Offering a unique view of the agricultural world, the visit concludes with the tasting of a platter of our various delicious products. The shop of L’Éden Rouge offers all sorts of transformed products, ready-to-eat food, in addition to the various vegetables that the owners have cultivated with passion for over 15 years: cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuces. You will also find a nice assortment of regional products from Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Check the event calendar of the Table Champêtre where the chef Angèle-Ann Guimond gives the spotlight to the farm’s fresh produce. On reservation.
Nordvie
Nordvie grows strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, and a variety of vegetables certified organic by Ecocert Canada. Pick-your-own in the summertime is allowed on the farm. Le Fromage au Village

A cheese dairy that makes artisanal cheeses from local milk. Specialties: Angelus, Cru du Clocher, Le Cœur du Village and Fleur d’ail. Don’t miss our fresh cheese curds!
