Latulipe-et-Gaboury | Municipalités Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Come discover Latulipe. This village is a true gem; it borders the beautiful Frazer River as well as the magnificent lac des Quinze. Latulipe is surrounded by water and accessible via seven bridges, including the Landry covered bridge, built in 1932 and designated as a historic monument in 2007. On the entrance bridge, you will be charmed by the four frescos painted by Anicinabe artist Frank Polson. Let yourself be rocked by the waters of Frazer River, thanks to the presence of a launching ramp, and explore the lac des Quinze, the lovely Ovide waterfall and the unique Landry covered bridge. Make a stop at lac des Bois, one of the nicest lakes with soft sand bottom in Témiscamingue; you will find a picnic area and camping spaces near a large sandy beach. And two walking trails you just can’t miss: one leading to the Ovide waterfall, along Fraser River; the other, in Pointe-aux-Roches Park, skirting lac des Quinze. The Pointe-aux-Roches Park is appreciated by mountain bikers. Latulipe – A wonderful place to enjoy the great outdoors!
