Let yourself fall under the spell of Palmarolle, a village abounding in landscapes, parks, green spaces, and outdoor activities. At the municipal beach, relax or enjoy a wide range of aquatic activities. There are landing facilities in the village and on Lake Abitibi. A permanent exhibition at the arena highlights the achievements of famous hockey player Rogatien Vachon. In the summertime, the public market attracts many regional producers. The town has an 11-km bike trail loop with magnificent views of Lake Abitibi. The park on 3e Avenue has a skatepark with ramps and pipes for skateboards and BMX. In winter, Palmarolle grooms a 7-km cross-country ski trail.
